I uploaded number 73 to you-tube, and my audio was immediately disable. This could have been discouraging, yet lead to an interesting discovery.
As I was looking to replace the audio, I discovered YouTube video editor… With a mix and match of recent mix-tapes that have uploaded, I created number 74 in the youtube player to a thriller instrumental.
You-Tube video editor has a lot of potential in this crowd sourcing culture.
You should test it out and let me know you think.
Thanks for listening,
Pamman

There was a moment when a mixtape was gestures of friendship… well, probably more than friendship. In fact it was a gift predominantly made from a male to a female or vice versa, that indicated a common interest in music and style. You sought to impress through your taste in song selection, sequence and novelty. Past mix tapes read like a chronology of ones past experiences.
In the classic compilation, “We both know why you are here” mix, my brother James crafted an arrangement of sexy songs with objective of setting the perfect mood. The mix was designed to start off innocent enough… only to progress so that at the perfect moment for both parties would happen to a great soundtrack.
Speaking of my brother’s influence, I want to introduce DJ Jimbo to the scene. Undoubtedly the product of some grimy beats this kid is destined for music genius. With practice and guidance from uncle Panman, this kid will be creating hot tracks before his second birthday.
My objective is to sort through this collection of tapes and sample the best moments into a new compilation. With a sense of the history of the music and the people who listened to it, I will dive into it with style and grace. To keep the listener intrigued and excited with anticipation for each consecutive track is an objective.
Who gave you your first mix tape? What did it mean to you? What was on it? I am interested in hearing about you past music experiences. Please comment, share and engage.
The music you are listening to, is completely electronic and has been created and produced on equipment designed and manufactured by Manhattan Research Inc.
Lightworks remixed by Panman
What is the magic that makes one eyes, sparkle and gleam, light up the skies. The name of the game is Lightworks!
What do you call a pair eyes, that sparkle and gleam. light up the skies? The name of the game is Lightworks!
How do you show those teasing lips so they dazzle and shine, his heart does flips. The name of the game is Lightworks!

‘One Day (Acoustic)’
Matisyahu is currently on the road behind Light which Billboard said “pushes musical boundaries: dipping into everything from guitar driven rockers to stripped down acoustic tunes.” The 40 date tour is sponsored by surf-wear brand Mavericks. Coined as “the wave beyond,” Mavericks inspires hardcore athletes to face the unpredictably raw power of Mother Nature. Matisyahu and Mavericks is a match largely in part to a shared passion for preserving the environment. The tour pulls into Anaheim at the House of Blues on Wednesday at 7pm.
A couple of days before the Elemental Experience music extravaganza Matisyahu gets ready in a studio in Brooklyn. He will be the headliner for a great charity that keeps the youth off the streets in San Diego.

Experience The ELEMENTAL EXPERIENCE
May 2, 2009 · San Diego · California
De Anza Cove in Mission Bay Park. www.stayclassy.org/elemental
Matisyahu, Mason Jennings, Bassnectar and Pinback all on one stage in downtown San Diego all to help raise money for a great cause. The goal of this event is to expose the issue of youth homelessness in San Diego and raise $500,000 to build a shelter. We’ve partnered with our friends at San Diego Youth Services to help make it happen.
This is a chance to have fun and help out a great cause at the same time we call it a Party With a Purpose. Were bringing in some of the countrys greatest bands, and putting them onstage in the beautiful and picturesque Mission Bay Park for a full day of fun in the sun!
