Very nicely done. I wish you had also mentioned Boxee at the end to bring it all together under one roof. After all you were the one to introduce me to Boxee. Invaluable stuff Birdsong. Keep writing these an I'm sure this content will go into syndication.

I like different stylistic identities that you find in the various video platforms. Specifically the comparison of Youtube to vimeo and daily motion, which I know nothing about.

TV might be dead, but there is nothing like watching movie in the Theatre. To good Cinema! Now that i do have netflix, I find myself watching more. I don't know why, but Hulu does not retain my brand loyalty. Netflix all the way.

Good post John.

I like that TV is dead .... There is nothing on most channels but old reruns and bad lifetime mini-series. The new space for content producers that has opened up online is an exciting place where one can always come across new things. And there are easy ways to hook up your computer to your TV set so you enjoy this great new programing in the old fashion way. (RCA cables rock !)
